O R D E R ;
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Order to Show
Cause issued by the Court on January 16, 1978, and the Court having
heard arguments of counsel for defendan~ and counsel for plaintiff,
and being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds as a matter ~
of fact that the Order entered November 19, 1975 by The Honorable ~
. John Paul Jones, Judge of Industrial Claims, has not been modified, ~
recinded or superceded in any manner, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, FLORIDA FARM ~UREAU
INSURANCE COMPANY, is to pay to the Plaintiff~ LEt7IS BROWN, JR., tem-
porary total disability compensation benefits for a~otal of three
hundred fifty (350) weeks, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that if said sum is not paid within
ten (10) days, that upon Affidavit of the plaintiff, the Court will
issue a Judgment and execution for said amount remaining due, it is
further .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the question of costs, attorney's
fees, interest and penalties shall be reserved for the jurisdiction of
the Judge of Industrial Claims to be determine~d at the time of further
hearing on this matter.
