That Home Mortgage Investment Corporation, a corporation existing under the laws
of the State of Florida and duly authorized to do business in the State of Florida,
party of the first part, in consideration of the swn of Two Dolla"rs, lawful money of
the United States, to it in hand paid by J~mes T. Barnes Mortgage Compeny
of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and setover, and by these presents does grant, bargain, se12, assi~n, transfer
and setover unto the said party of the second part certain indenture-of mortgage bearing
