of ~orida, do make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revokinq all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.

ARTICLE I - ~
I direct that all of my lawful debts, my funeral expenses
and the costs of administration of my estate be paid out of

the residue of my estate as soon as practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II
I hereby make the following bequests:
A. I give the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars
cash to my brother, DON MYCOFF.
B. I give my mare in foal, Princess, to my granddaughter,
SUSAN ANN MYCOFF.
C. I give my Chevrolet Pickup Truck to my friend, G. C. ~

ARTICLE III
I direct that the rest and residue of my estate be divided
equally between ERNESTINE SAUNDERS a/k/a ERNESTINE MYCOFF and my
! son, EDWARD D. MYCOFF.

' I hereby name, constitute and appoint my son, EDWARD D.
~ ~
~ MYCOFF, to be the Personal Representative of this, my Last
Will and Testament. I direct that my Personal Representative
~ not be required to post any bond of any kind. ~
ARTICLE V

~ I hereby grant to my Personal Representative the absolute
~ ~ {
~ discretionary power to deal with the property held in my estate,
~
~
= as freely as I might in the handling of my own affairs, without

~

the prior or subsequent consent of any Court. My Personal
~ Representative shall have all the powers set forth in Sections
~
; - 733.612 and 737.402, Florida Statutes 1975, that are not in ~
~
