personal and wheresoever situated, which I am entitled
to dispose of by Will, to the children of MARSHA BROWN,
living at the time of my death.
If my former wife BARBARA JEAN COBERLY should pre-
decease me or shoul.d she fail to survive me for sixty (60)
dayg, and should LYNDA C. COBERLY predecease me without
issue, and should MARStIA BROWN predecease me without
issue, I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my property,
both real and personal and wheresoever situated, which _
I am entitled to dispose of by Will, to whomever may be
determined by law to be my lawful heirs excluding those
expressly disinherited. ~

Last Will and Testament that my first wife MARGARET ARLINE ~
COBERLY, my second wife, FLORENCE COBERLY, my son JACK
NEAL COBERLY II and my son SCOTT NEAL COBERLY do not
receive anything by this Will.
