On the petition of BARBARA JEAN COBERLY for Summary Administration of
the estate of Jack N. Coberly, a/k1a Jack Neal Coberly, deceased, the
Court finding that the decedent died on the 26th day of Novernber, 1976;
that the pe titioner is the sole beneficiary of the estate of decedent;
that the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an
Order of Swrmary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be imrnediate distribution of the assets of the
decedent as follows:
