LAST WILL AND T~STAMENT
I, EMILY HARPER SPINKS, a Nidow, a legal resident of the
State of Florida, now residing at F~rt Pierce, Florida, of
legal age, make,.publish and declare this to be rt~y Last Will •
and Testament, hereby expre$sly revoking all former wills and
codicils by me heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of all my ~ust debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon after ~y decease as shall be convenient.
2. I give, devise and bequeath to my children, ANNA REESE
MOORE and JACK W. SPINKS, all of the property which I possess
at the time of my death or to Nhich I may be entitled, real
and personal, and.of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever
situated, absolutely and without restriction, equally, share
and share alike, except as specifically set out in the
following paragraph.
3. I give, devise anc~ bequeath, to the individuals set out in
this paragraph, the following property: ~
A. To ~y daughter, ANNA REESE MOORE: two brass lamps, ,
antique locket and earrings, a woolen afghan, rosewood table
canstructed from grand piano, all my silver flatware, crystal
cranberry compote, cut glass relish dish, two crystal bowls,
bone dish, two antique blue and gold plates, cedar chest,
four-poster bed, claW-foot lounge chair and ottoman, gold
upholstered occasional chair, and a mahogany rocker.

B. To my son, JACK w. SPINKS: four crystal goblets,
four sherbet dishes, cut glass celery dish, cut glass ~elly
~ dish, china turkey platter, green square antique dish, cran-
; berry sugar dish, small red crystal vase, blue vase, pi:~k
; ;~vase, antique wooden tray and butter molds, two antique blue
~ ~ and gold plates, sterling meat fork and berry spoon, two cut
; glass water pitchers, a do2en china cups, tao ha.nd-painted
! floral pictures in oval frames, Masonic ring, maple bedroom
' and dining room furniture.

~ C. To my granddaughter, EMILY LOUISE MOORE, a diamond
~ ~luster ring.

j D. To my granddaughter, MARY ANNE De SELVA, a pair of
bisque figurines and set of carnation pattern china dinner-
~ ware. .
~ E. To my grandson, JACK W. SPINKS, one oval plaque (bird
~ dog) and his grandfather's double-barrel shotgun.

~ F. To my grandson, THOMAS D. SPINKS, one oval plaque
~ (bird dog) and his grandfather's Wlnchester shotgun.
~ G. At my demise, should there be sufficient cash available
~ after all debts are paid, it is my wish that ONE HUNDRED
~ DOLLARS ($100.00) be given by my executor to each of my grand-
i children, and F'IFT'Y DOLLARS (~50.00) each to rqy great grand-
~
~ children: Should suCh money not be then available, it is
~ my desire that such sums be given when and if any other un-
~ divided property left ~ointly herein to my children is sold
by them .
