CONSENT BY TEMPORARY RECEIVER TO DISCHARGE
I, PATRICIA HUGHES, being the temporary receiver appointed
by this Court do expressly consent to being discharged by this Court
as temporary receiver and request this Court to accept my resignation
as temporary receiver, and I expressly waive notices of hearings and

expressly consent to this Court~proceedinq ex parte to any and all
Orders necessary to effectuate the provisions of the Agreement between
the parties of this cause and to discharge me as temporary receiver.

~ THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before the Court
on the 15th day of February, I978, and the parties having entered
into an oral stipulation pnrsuant to Rule 1.130 (d) before the
Court and having waived signature of same and said oral stipulation
having been reduced to writing and executed by the parties to this
cause.and upon the consent by the temporary receiver to discharge
and the tender of her resignation to this Court, and the parties to
: this cause and the temporary receiver having waived notice of hearing
and expressly having consented to this Court entering Orders ex parte
and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is there-
