THIS AGREEr~ENT, made this~_day of February 19~18 ,
by and between COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS A?~D LOAN ASSOCIP^'ION OF
RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation organized and existing under the laws ~
of the itnited States of America, hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgagee", and Nicholas H. Whiting and Lana P. Whiting, his wi~e.
hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser".

WHEREAS, the Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a
promissory note dated November 21 , 19 77, in the original amount
of Thirty two thousand eight hundred 09~ ~~OLLARS ( S 32 ; 800 .00 )
which is secured by a mor.tgage of even date arid recorded in Official
Record Boak 277 , Page 1970. public Records of St. Lucie ~
Count~. Florida, which encumbers real estate described as follows;

~ have agreed to_assume said note and mortgage and have made application
to the Mortgagee to allow the Purchasers to assume the hereinbefore
