THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of February, 1978
and the Court having given full consideration to a11 the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the narties
and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the oarties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. F
It is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DAVIn F..
SWARTZ and BARBARA J. SWARTZ be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Primary custody of DAVID E. SWARTZ, JR., a~e 15
and RUSSELL G. SWARTZ, age ll, miaor children of ~he parties, is
hereby awarded to BARBARA J. S[JARTZ with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to DAVID E. SWARTZ.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 17th day of February, 1978, the
Husband, DAVID E. SWARTZ, shall pay to the Wife, BARBARA J. SWARTZ,
the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars each and every week for the
support oF the children named above. Each payment shall be made
to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted prompty to BARBARA
J. SWARTZ. in addition there is hereby assessed the sum of Two
($2.00) as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash~ money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
