FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing, the Court having
considered the Petition, the Answer, the written Separation And
Property Settlement Agreement between the parties hereto, executed -
and acknowledged by them and the same having been introduced into
evidence, the Court having heard testimony; and the Court being
otherwise fu1Ly advised in the premises, finds that the marriage
' between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a re-

! conciliation cannot be made between the parties, and it is, upon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
~ PAUL D. GOFF and BARBARA M. GOFF, be, and the same is hereby dis-

~ solved and the par~ies, and each of them, are hereby forever freed

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
~ joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying :
