heretofore entered into between the parties to this cause, settling
and adjusting forever all rights of the parties of alimony, property
rights, and all other rights, and all other rights arisinq out of
,
the marriage relationship of the parties, marked herein in evidence
as EXHIBIT A, be, and it is hereby approved, confirmed and ratified,~
and made a part of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage,
and each of the parties to this cause is hereby ordered to fully
comply with each and every provision, term and condition thereof.
Said Separation And Property Settlement Agreement is made a part
of the Final Judgment but shall survive rendition of said Judgment.
4. CHILD SUPPORT: That in accord with the agreement of
the parties as set forth in the Separation And Property Settlement
Agreement, the Wife is awarded the permanent care and custody of the
minor children of the marriage,'to-wit: PAUL DAVID GOFF, REBECCA
ROSE GOFF and.ROBERT CARL GOFF. Also in accord with the Separation
And Property Settlement Agreement, the Husband shall pay to the
Wife as child support for said minor children the sum of $75.00 per
; week on the Friday of each week and said payments shall begin by

~ the Husband making his regular weekly payment on Friday, February

; 24, 1978. The rendition of this Judgment shall not relieve the

~ •Husband~of any liability for arrearages of child support as may

~ exist as of this-date. All payments of child support shall be by
cash,'money order or cashiers check, and said payments shall be
~ made through the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
~
~ Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, and in addition to
~
~ each weekly payment of $75.00, the Husband shall pay an additional
~ $2.00 for the fee required by the Florida Statutes to the Clerk. "

Both the Husband and Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk of the
Court's office informed of their current addresses.
