WHEREAS, the said JOHN PATRICK BEACOM died on ~

BEACOM, Lettersof Administration having been issued to her on
January 27, 1976; and
NOW THEREFORE~ party of the first vart, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars in hand vaid, receiot
of which is hereby acknowled~ed~ hereby grants, bar~ains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases~ conveys and confirms unto varty
of the second part, all that certain land siutated, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
