and the Court having heard the argument of cou~sel of record for
the parties, and being fully informed in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant Hanson Dredging,
Inc.'s ~dotion to Dissolve In~unction be and the same is hereby
granted and said in3unction be and the same is hereby dissolved
as improvidently entered by reason of the failure to comply with
the mandatory requirements of Ru2e 1•.610 F.ft.C.P. tbat an injunction
bond be required and posted~ and it is_further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion for
Continuance be and the same is hereby denied as to legal arguments,
and granted as to evidentiary matters. '
