" WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue ,
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of JACK POPICK, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable ~
considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, assigns
releases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 50$ interest of
all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 6, RIVERDALE YACHT
CLUB ESTATES UNIT TWO, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6
Page 40 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. °
SUBJECT TO:
1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements
and limitations of record.
