PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED ~0~~
THIS INDENTURE made this day of ~F~f ~DEiQ , 1977,
between FAE S. RUBIN, as Personal Representative of the Estate i
of HERMI~N RUBIN, Deceased, Party of the First Part, and DANNY R.
DYE and KAREN R. DYE, his wife, Parties of the Second Part, whose
address is 207 North 18th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450; .
WITNESSETH, that the Party of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to her given in and by the Last
Will and Testament of HERM~IN RUBIN, Deceased, and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, assigns,
releases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 12~$ interest of ~
all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 6, RIVERDALE YACHT
CLUB ESTATES UNIT TWO, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6
Page 40 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO:
1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations,
easements and limitations of record.
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent

r~r the time of his decease and which the Party of the First Part
has or had the power to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of
