WITNESSETN. WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part e.cecuted certain ;
promissory note dated July 20, 1977 . whereby ihey pn~mised to pay to the ~
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE OOUNTY. party of the first part. ut~order the sum of

WNEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party ~f the first part, to
secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the fcllowing described ~remises,
to-wit:
Legal description as described in Mortgage dated July 20, 1977 an8
recorded in O. R. Book 271 page 1383 public records of St. Lucie
County Florida

AND WHEREAS, the said party cf the first part is now the holder ~f said note and
mortrage and the said parties of the secon~ part are now the owners of the said
mcrtsaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE. the s~icl parties hcreto. for themselves ar~d their assigns, hcreby
mutualiy agree that the time for the payment of the unPaid balance of $125, 000. 00
due on said note be, and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the followins manner: ~

$1230.94 monthly for 180 months, first payment coming due on April
2, 1978 and each month thereafter until paid in full.
It being expressly understood and aRreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in
full force and eifect in all respects as if the said payments had originally been ,
paid as provided for in the ori~inal note, and that noihing herein shall effect or '
impair any ri~hts and powers which the said party of the first part may have thereunder
for the recovery of the said Mart~age Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfillment
of this agreement.
