THIS CAUSE was heard on the Petitioner's aoplication for
tem~orary relief based unon her sworn Petition and it appearin~
to the Court that Petitioner is entitled to the temporary relief
demanded, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that :
1. The Wife be granted the sole possession of the
dwelling located at 2902 Bryant Road, Fort Pierce,Florida 33450
and the Husband-is hereby ordered and directed to remove himself
and his cloths,personal papers and effects, but no furniture or
furnishings whatsoever~ from the dwellin~ located at 2902 Bryant
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 on or before 12:04 noon Saturday,.
February 18, 1978 and that the Sheriff or any of the Deputies
' of the Sheriff of St. Lucie County are hereby directed to enforce

i 2. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and re-

~ strained from interferring with. harassing or annoying the other

~ ~at all times and places and that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County
~ or any of the Deputies of the Sheriff of St. Lucie County are _
hereby directed to enforce this Order.

~ 3. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay temporary

~ attorney's fees of $100.00 plus the costs of this action in the

~ sumi of $34:50 to the Wife's attorney of record on or before
