ORDER OF CONTEMPT
- THIS CAUSE was heard on the 17th day of February, 1978,
upon the motion for contempt previsouly filed herein by the attorney
for the wife, OSBORNE WALKER 0'QUINN, and the Respondent, WILLIAM
F. DVORAK, having failed to appear after being properly served
with Notice and Motion as set f~rth above, and said attorney having
appeared in person in open Court~ and the Court having found that
the Respondent, WILLIAM F. DVORAK, has violated the terms of the
Final Judgment of this Court dated January 4, 1978, by his failure
to pay attorneys fees in the amount of $225.00 plus costs in the
amount of $32.50 and is, therefore, adjudged guilty of willful
~ contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay the sums set
~ forth above pursuant to the Final Judgment, a copy of which is

C attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, it is

~ ORDERED AND t1DJUDGED that as punishment for contempt,
~
€ WILLIAM F. DVORAK is hereby sentenced to serve 20 days in the
~ St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on February
~
~
~ 18, 1978.
~
~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before
~ or after incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $257.50,
.

due as of this date to OSBORNE WALKER 0'QUINN, ESQUIRE, 201 South -
- 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, together with costs of his arrest.

You andyouur duly authorized deputies are therefore

~ ORDERED to arrest the said WILLIAM F. DVORAK on said date
~
and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the
~
~ execution of the above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk
~
~ of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his
~
~
~ arrest. It is further
