FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 22nd day of
December, 1977, and the Gourt having given full consideration to all
the evidence, f inds and determines: This_Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; the relationship of
Husband and Wif e now exists between the parties; and the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably-broken and should be dissolved_
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF I~iARRIAGE . The marriage bet~veen KAREN

i ANN DVORAK and WILLIAM F. DVORAK be and the same is hereby dissolved
~ _
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
~ tions arising therefrom. -
~ 2. RENT DEPOSIT. The Husband shall maintain the rent

deposit on the Wif e's present apartment for so long as she lives
~ at said apartment, In the event, and at the time, of her depar~t~ure
from said apartment, the rent deposit shall be returned in toto to
~ the Husband.

~ 3. CHILD CUSTODY, 3UPPORT A1~D PROPERTY. The AGRE~fENT
~ executed by both parties and ad,~nitted into evidence in this cause

~ Each child support payment shall be made to the Clerk of
