PETTTION FOR GEAVE TO SELL
The petition of WILLIAM E. NEVLING, III, respectfully shows:
l. John Thamas Nevling died on September 4th, 1976, leaving a Last
Will and Testament in which petitioner is named as Persvnal Representative;
said will was duly probated on September lOth, 1976 in E1 Paso County,
Colorado. Petitioner on that date qualified as Personal Representative
and on February 14th, 1978 petitioner was appointed as Ancillary Personal
Representative in St. Lucie County, Florida. Said will contained a power
of sale and petitioner deems it for the best interest of the estate that
the following described proper~y of the estate be sold:
Undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of 5ection 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, less and except road rights-of-way.

i 2. It wi11 be to the best interest of the estate to sell said property

~ at private sale; it is necessary that said property be sold in order to
~ make distribution according to law. Petitioner has obtained an offer for
~
said property which he considers sufficient to authorize a private sale for
the amount of $31,250.00 (2996 of this amount payable at closing, balance
of purchase price payable in 3 equal annual installments with interest at 89~,
~ subject to confirmation by this Court. A copy of the contract is attached
~
hereto as Petitioner's Exhibit "A".
~W}~REFORE, Petitioner prays that an order allowing him to sell said

~ property be entered authorizing said sale to be made.
