ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The petition of WILGIAM E. NEVLING, III, as Ancillary Personal
Representative of John Thomas Nevling, deceased, far leave to sell certain
property as described in the petition, for the purpose of paying the debts
of the estate and making distribution, coming on this day to be heard; and
it appearing to the Court that it is to the best interest of the estate
thafi said property be sold at priwate sale; and it further appearing that
under the terms of the will of #he deceased a power of sale is provided
and the Courfi being fully advised;
It is ordered and adjudged that William E. Nevling, III, as the Ancillary
Yersonal Representative of the Estate of said deceased, be, and he is hereby
authorized to sell the following described property at private sale to
Alto Adams, or his.assigns;
Undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in:
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwesfi 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 12, Township 3S South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, less and excepfi i•oad rights of way.
Said sale shall be made for the amount of $31,250.00 (29qG of this amount

payable at closing, balance of purchase price payable in 3 equal annual
instalLnents with interest at 8% per annum).
This Order entered in Chambers this ~~day of Febru ~y, 1978.
