8. That the grandsons of the decedent, WILLIAM J. HOPPS,
and KENNETH L, IiOPPS have been located and their addresses are
9801 South Tacoma Way, Apartment 43, Tacor?a, Washington, 98499
and 9303 Cedar Street South, Tacoma, Was:zirgton, 98409 ,
respectively, and that your Petitioner is satisfiPd as to their
identity.
9. That under Section 732.102 (1) (c), Florida Statutes, -
your Petitioner is entitled to one-half of the decedent's estate as
the surviving widow and said grandsons are each entitled to share
one-half of the remaining one-half of the estate. ~
10. That your Petitioner has been requested to disburse
the respective shares of the grandsons to them by sending same to
each of them by check payable to KRITH MILLER, as Attorney for

WILLIAM J. HOPPS and KFNNETIi L. HOPPS, Post Office Box 5366,

; 11. That the attorney for the Petitioner, BRAD CULVERHOUSE,
~ has rendered services to the estate and has incurred Court anc~ office

~costs and that a reasonable attorneys fee for said attorney would he
$1,700.00 and reasonable costs to date of $96.44
12. That the Petitioner has expended the following sums
personally in the administration of this estate and is enti.tled to
be reimbursed therefore in the sum of $~p.90 A statement
of same is attached hereto and incorporatec~ herein.

~ 13. That the surviving spouse, the Petitioner, is entitled

~ to the personal property of the decedent up to a value of $5,000.00
