This is an interlocutory a~peal from an award of $35,OQ0
in attorneys fees in a condemnation suit which culminated in

~ a verdict af $349,000 plus $16,600 in interest and $27,000 in

e~nhancement to the remainder of over $500,000. The Pronerty
owner's attorney, a lawyer of long standincr and muc}, experience ~
in condemnation cases, secured an award of 5365,60Q with no
special enhancement- deduction th~reby benefitinq his client by

cZose to quarter of a millian dollars over the hiqhest ~ff_er. ~
