THIS DEED made and entered into the ~LiC.__ day of ~
1977, between GEORGE E. BARKET, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of WILLIAM SCHMITTER, deceased, party of the first part,
and WALTER E. MACKOUL, of the County of Dade, State of Florida,
party of the second part, whose address is 5930 S.W. 94th Court,
Miami, Florida. . , .

WITNESSETH: _
That GEORGE E. BARKET was appointed Personal Representative
of the Estate of WILLIAM SCHMITTER, deceased, on the 17th day of
October, 1977• by the Honorable Joseph Nesbitt, Circuit Judge,
Probate Division, and accordingly on said date, Letters of
Administration were issued to the said GEORGE E. BARKET;

That the party of the first part has complied with the laws .
of the State of Florida in administering the Estate of WILLIAM
SCHMITTER, deceased, and the party of the second part has made an
offer to purchase the real prop~ty owned by the decedent in the
amount of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00), all cash at
time of closing. -

E further consideration the sum of $750.00, all cash at time of

~ closing, subject to the usual pro-rations of taxes, payment of
