This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given full
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jur3sdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the

marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GLORIA JEAN RODGERS
and C. B. RODGERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of FREDERICK LEE RODGERS, age 11, SHEILA DIANE

~ 3. PROPERTY. GLORIA JEAN RODGERS and C. B. RODGERS shall remain as

~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

~ restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying theather.
