THIS CAUSE came on for trial the a l~day of February,
1978 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This C~~urt has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
~husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AP1D ADJUDGED as follows :
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between CALVI:~ REFVES and

; ERMA F. REEVES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

c and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga~ions

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CALVIN R~'EVES, JR.. minor child of

visitation rights reserved to CALVIN R.EEVES. ~

~ 3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencin~ the day of February,

~ 1978, CALVIN RE~:VES shall pay to ERI~iA F. REEVES the sum of

named above; said sum to continue until such time as the child

~ reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supnorting. Each payment

~ shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
~ promptly to ERMA F. REEVES. In addition, there is hereby assessed

~ the sum of $2.00 as statut~ry costs-to be added to each payment

~ made to the Clerk. All Dayments shall be made in cash, money order,
