child shall have the ri~ht to the use and possession of the marital
dwelling and the furniture and fixtures contained therein 2ocated

5. COSTS AND ATTOR~VEY FEES: The Court determines the sum

narties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
