The above entitled matter came on for trial before the above
named Court at the September 1971 General Term of Court on the
8th and 9th days of September, 1~71, the plaintiff apuearin~ in

~ the evidence introduced by and on behalf of the defendant before the

~ the plaintiff; and the Court having heard the evidence nroduced b,y
and on behalf of each of the parties and being fully advised in the
premises, did on the 14th day of December, 1971, duly make and file
its findings and order for Judgment herein.
