STIPULATION
The parties, RONALD TALARCZYK and WANDA TALARCZYK WALKER,

hereby stipulate and agree as follows:_
1. That upon June 10, 1978, custody of DAVID TALARCZYK,
minor child of the parties, shall be transferred from the Wife to
the Husband subject to the Wife's rights of reasonable visitation,
2. In the event that the Husband, RONALD CZYK, is
on a permanent change of station .
posted overseas/by the U. S. Army and is not all wed to take
dependents,. then custody of the said DAVID TALARCZYK shall revert ~
to the Wife, WANDA TALARCZYK WALI~R and the support provisions for
the minor child as set out in paragraph three of the Final Judgment
dated May 13, 1971 shall be reinstituted.
3. Any expense incurred in the exercise of visitation rights
shall be barn by the party requesting such visitation.

Based upon the foregoing Stipulation between the parties,
custody of DAVID TALARCZYK, minor child of the parti es, is hereby
