FINAL JUDGMENT OF
ANNULMENT OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of February, 1978,
upon the Petition for Annulment filed herein by RICHARD CONRAD
VACHON, and the Court having heard the testimony of the witnesses
including that of the parties and having heard the argument of
counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds
that the marriage entered into by the parties on January 14, 1978,
should be annulled. It is therefore
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the marriage hereinabove
referred to between RICHARD CONRAD VACHON and PATRICIA ANN VACHON is
' hereby declared to be null and void and of no legal force and effect,

and the parties hereto are restored to all the rights and privileges
i -
~ of single persons; and the Respondent, PATRICIA ANN VACHON, is
~ hereby restored to her maiden name, PATRICIA ANN MYERS.
