CERTIFICATE OF AFFIDAVIT
I, WiZma Caton, Assistant Secretary of Global Real Estate
Investment Trust, due hereby certify that the following resolution.
among other things, was consented to by all of the trustees in a
Trustees' Consent dated November 30, 1977. Such Trustees' Consents
have been filed in the minute book of Global Real Estate Investment .
Trust. .
The undersigned, being all of the Trustees of
Global Real Estate Investment Trust (the "Trust"}~
by written consent as permitted by Section 2.06 of
the Trust's Declaration of Trust, hereby adopts the
foZlowing resolutions and consent to any and all
action taken by virtue of such resolutions as though
they had been adopted at a duly called and convened
special meeting of the Trustees of the Trust.
RESOLVED, that Henry Schneider, a Trustee of
Global Real Estate Investment Trust, is hereby
authorized for and in the name of Global Real Estate
Investment Trust to sign and execute the partial
release of mortgage all as more fully set forth in
the attached Exhibit "A". He is further authorized
to fix the seal of this Trust to any such instrument
as may be neces~ary or proper to carry out the terms
of this resolution.
