depose and say that on April 29, 1976, he was the du'ly elected
Secretary of Global 8, Inc. and as such had custody and
responsibility for keeping a record of the shareholders of
Global B, Inc. and that as of that date, the date of its dis- .
solution, the only shareholder of record was Global Real Estate
Investment Trust and that the only known creditors of Global B,
Inc. were:
Mellon Bank, N.A., Trustee under WTA Indenture
