RELEASE OF CLAIM OF LIFN
PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS, INC. OF WEST PALM BEACH, of 10800 North
Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, 33410, contracted with
WILLIAM H. WISE and MARY F. WISE, his wife, on or about January 30,
1976, to furnish labor, services, and materials consisting of clean-
ing and painting fire damage to the premises owned by WILLIAM H. WISE
and MARY F. WISE, his wife, of 4040 Greenwood Drive, Fort Pierce, ~
Florida, which property is described as follows:
Lot seven Alock five, SUNRISE ESTATES as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 5,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
On April 2, 1976, PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS, INC. OF WEST PALM
BEACH filed for record a Claim of Lien aoainst the above described
property in the office of recorder of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, which Claim of Lien was duly recorded in Official Record
Book 250 at Page 2045 of such County.
In consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00), re-
ceipt of which is acknowledged, PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS, INC. OF WEST
PALM BEACH releases the above described property and WILLIAM H.
WISE and MARY F. WISE, his wife, personally from all liability

arising out of the labor, services and materials consisting of clean-
ing and painting €ire damage to the premises by PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS,
INC. OF WEST PALM BEACH, under the terms of the above mentioned
contact, and authorizes and directs that the above inentio~ed lien
be dischargedof record.
