RELEASE OF JUDGMENT

COUNTY OF BERGEN )
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 1967, in Cause No. 67-152 on the
Docket of the Circuit Court For St. Lucie County, State of Florida, The
Flintkote Company recovered Judgment against R. W. Tedder for the sum
of $4,237.51, together with interest thereon in the amount of $152.40
and costs in the amount of $22.00, which said Judgment was thereafter
abstracted and filed for record in the Judgme ~~Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the 5th day of July, 1967 in~Book 41, Page 34, of
said Records;
WHEREAS, said Judgment, together with all interest and costs due
thereon has been satisfied by the Defendant in £ull accord and satisfac-
tion, and at the time of said payment and satisfaction the said The
Flintkote Company was the legal owner and holder of said Judgment:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that The Flintkote
Company for and in consideration of the premises and of the full and
final settlement in full accord and satisfaction of said Judgment,
interest and costs of Court thereon. the receipt and sufficiency of all
of which is hereby acknowledged, has this day RELEASED, REMISED,
QUITCLAIMED AND DISCHARGED, and does by these presents RELEASE, REMISE,
QUITCLAIM AND DISCHARGE untv the said R. W. Tedder, his heirs or assigns,
all and every right, title, interest and estate in and to said Judgment
and Judgment lien held or owned by it as the result of said Judgment
afor~said, hereby declaring said Judgment fully paid and any and all
liens resulting from the abstracting, filinq and recording thereof
fully cancelled and extinguished to all necessary intents and purposes.
