Upon request b~~ Borrow•er, l.ender, at l.ender's option within twenty years from thc date of this :t 4lortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this ~tortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc secureci hereby.
