WHEREAS, by virtue of levy issued to collect unpaid taxea due the

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19148 whicl~ were duly
assessed and rem~ined unpaid for more than ten days after notice and demand,
tt~e grantor, through hie duly authorized Internal Revenue Officer~
G. W. Greer seized tlie property, as provided by Section 6331 of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1954, hereinaftcr described and offered sa~.ne for
sale on July 26, 1977 ~ after iiaving given public
notice of the ti~ne and place of sale in the manner and form as required
by the statute in such cases, and that at such sale the property was sold
as provided by Section 6335 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 at public
auction to John R Rea
