THIS COURT has read the verified Complaint filed in this
action and it appears to the Court that this is a proper case
for granting an Order to Show Cause why the claimed property
should not be taken from the possession of the Defendants FORD
MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY and SUNRISE FORD COMPANY and delivered to
Plaintiff in accordance with Chapter 78 of the Florida Statutes,
and that an injunction and restraining order should be entered
restraining and prohibiting Defendants from selling or disposing
or moving the said property until a farmal hearing has been held
before this Court, it is therefor,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The above named Defendants FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY and
SUNRISE FORD COMPANY shall app~ar before this Court at the St.Lucie
County Court House, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on ~ , 1978,
at ~:~0 and then and there show cause, if any it has, why
the property described in the Complaint filed herein should not be
taken from the Defendants and delivered to Plaintiff pending the

final determination of this action.
2. Service of this Order shall be made on the Defendants

3. This Order shall be served upon the Defendants pursuant
