In the event personal service of process cannot be made, the officer
serving this Order may within the time specified above place a copy
of this Order on the claimed property. If service of process is
effected in this latter manner, the officer's return shall state
that the Officer was unable to locate the Defendants and how the
Order was served. Non-personal service as provided herein shall be
effective to afford notice to the Defendants of this Show Cause
Order, but for no other purpose.
4. The Defendants shall have the right to file affidavits
on its behalf with the Court and may appear personally or by way
of an attorney and present testimony on its behalf at the time of
the hearing; or upon a finding by the Court pursuant to Florida
Statute 78.067(2), that the Plaintiff is entitled to possession to
the claimed property pending final adjudication of the claims of
the parties, file with the Court a written undertaking executed by
a surety approved by the Court in an amount equal to the value of
the property to stay an Order authorizing the delivery of the prop-
erty to the Plaintiff. ~ ;
5. If the Defendants fai2 to appear at the hearing, they ;
'shall be deemed to have waived their right to a hearing and in such
case the Court may order the Clerk of the Court to issue a Writ of
Replevin.
6. Defendants FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY and SUNRISE FORD
COMPANY are hereby enjoined, restrained and prohibited from re-
moving the said property from the premises of SUNRISE FORD COMPANY ~

or selling said property or otherwise disposing of the said property
until further Order of this Court.
