WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Count
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the bud
from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in form of a grant for the
awarded to the St. Lucie Soil and Water Conservation District.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners,
in meeting assembled this 8th day of May, 2001, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), F
