THIS AGREEAtENT. made the December 16, 1977 , betw~en the SUN BANK '
OF ST. LUCI~ COUNTY, A Flerida Banking Corporation. party of the first part. and

WITNESSETH. W1~EREAS. the said parties oi the secc+nd ~art executed ~ certain
promissory notc dated November 19, 1973 ~ whereby they pmmised to pay to the
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE OOUNTY. party of the first }~art, unorder the sum o~
Two Hundred Thousand and no/100---------------------------
the first payment coming due November 19, .1974

- WHEIZEAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party c~f the first part. to
secure the above mentioned note. a mortgage on the fcltawing described ~remises.

mutually agree that the time for the payment of thc unpaid batance of 5125, Q00. QO
due an said note be, and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
Interest payable through November 19, 1977
Unpaid principal of $125,000.00 and interest due and payab~e
May 19, 1978. ~
It being expressly understoc~d ancl a~reed that the said MortFa~e shall remain in
full force :~nd cffect in all respects ~s if the said ~ayments tiad originally been
paid as provided for in the ori~inal nvte, ani~ that nothinfi herein shall effect or
