THIS ACTION was tried before the Court: On the evidence
. ;
presented it is adjudged as follows: ;
1. That the Plaintiff is entitled to one-half of the ~
~
net profits from Buildin~s 1100 and S00 of the Ocean Village '
project. That the gross profit from Buildings 1100 and 500 equals ;
~
$11,345.09 , that the sum of $2,400.00 should be deducted from ~
the profits for the payment of defects in workmanship and that
~
the sum of $393.00 should be added to the profits for the pur- ~
chase of the air conditioner as shown in evidence, leaving a }
~
net profit of $9,338.09. The Plaintiff is therefore entitled to
~
~ $4,669.05 as his one-half of the net profits from Buildings 1100 ~

and 500. ~

~ 2. The Plaintiff is entitled to one-third of one-half ~
~
` (or one-sixth) of the net profits from Buildings 1200 and 1300 of
i

~ Ocean Village project. This Court finds that the gross profits '
~ from that project are $24,288.00; added to that should be $150.00
~ and $98.00 for landscaping giving a total net profit of $24,636.00.

~ ~ Therefore the Plaintiff is due $4~106.00 as his share of the uro- ~
~
' fits from Buildings 1200 and 1300 Ocean Village project.

° 3. The Court also finds that the Plaintiff is entitled to
~ $9,095.00 from the Promissory Note shown in evidence from ROBERT
L. BELLO givin~ a total due to the Plaintiff before set-off of -
$17,870.05.
