$4.750.00 that should be set-off against the Complaint and that
the Plaintiff has received $75:00 for apnlying for a contractors
license which should be set-off and has received the equivalent ~
of $9,090.00 as a draw from the Defendant, giving a total set- ;

off of $13,915.00 -
~ S. As to the Cotmter Claim this Court finds that.the i

Counter-Defendant owes the Counter-Plaintiff $141.00 for the plans ~
for the Arriola house plus five(59'o)oer cent of the nrofits
amounting to $406.26 all totaling $547.26 owed by Coimter-
De~endant to Counter-Plaintiff.
6. Therefore on the evidence nresented, it is adjudged
that the Plaintiff, J. W. STEVENSON, recover from the Defendants,
ROBERT LORENZO BELLO and TNE TREE CONSTRUCTION CORP. after set-off '

and Cotmter-Claim have been deducted, the sum of $3,407.79 for ~
which sum let execution issue. ~ ~
7. This Court reserves jurisdiction to entertain a

Motion to Tax Costs by either oarty at a later date.
