except as set forth hereinafter, at the east~d or of the Court-
~ houae in Saint Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance
with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk,~ if Plaintiff
is not the purchaser o£ the property at.the sale. If Plaintiff is
the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the bid of the Plaintiff
with the total sum with interest accruing subsequent to this Final
, Judgment or such part of it as is'necessary to pay the bid in
full.
5. On £iling the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale as far as they are sufficient
by pay~ng: first, all of the Plaintiff's costs subsequent to
this Final Judgment; Second, Documentary Stamps affixed to the
Certificate; Third, the total sum due to Plaintiff, less items
paid, if any, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from
this date to the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount
remaining pending the further Order of this Court.
6. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Defendants

and all persons claiming, by, under or against them since the

I filing of this Final Judgment are foreclosed of all estate or

' claims in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be led
~ into possession of the property. - -

~ 7. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
~ further Orders as are-proper, including without limitation writs
of assistance and deficiency judgment. .
