aA Information against the Petitioner within the aforesaid period
of time. then the Petitioner shall, without further order of this
Court, be discharged from custody of the Respondent Sheriff insofar
as the incident complained of in said Complaint Affidavit and Arrest
Form is concerned. ~
4. This Order in no way shall affect the continued ~

~custody of the Petitioner, GREGORY DAVIS, under any other lawful
sentence_or charges which might be pending against him.
