3. In the event that the State of Florida fails to file .
an Information against the Petitioner within the aforesaid period f
of time, then the Petitioner shall, without further order of this
Court, be discharged from custody of the Respondent Sheriff insofar
as the incident complained of ia said Complaint Affidavit and Arrest ;
Form is concerned.
4. This ~Order .in no way shall affect the. continued

custodp of the Petitioner, EVERETT L. NORMAN, uQder any other lawful ~

sentence or charges which might be pending agaiast him.
