3. In the event that the State of Florida fails to file
an Information against the Petitioner within the aforesaid period
of time, then the Petitioner shall, without further order of this
Court, be discharged from custody of the Respondent Sheriff insofar
as the incident complained of in said Complaint Affidavit and Arrest
Form is concerned.
4. This Order_in no way shall affect the continued
custody of the Petitioner,.RONNIE DALE ADAMS~ under any other lawful
sentence or charges which might be pending against him. .
