THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the
Defendants' Motion to Vacate Default, on the 16th day of February,
1978, the Court, after hearing argument of counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED: -
1. The Court grants the Motion to set aside the
administrative Default Judgment entered by the Clerk.
2. The Court further finds that the Affidavit filed by the
Defendants herein meets the test of North Shore Hospital cited as
143 So. 2d Page 849. '
