In monthly payments to be calculated according to a ten (101 year amortization schedule. with the first wch '

In this inst~ument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
Atl ri~u and obligations under this mortgaye shalt extend to and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors,
administrators, wccessors and assigns of the Mortgagw and Mortgagee.
