. O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on before me on Februar~? 21, 1978, upon
Plaintiff's Petition for Enforcement of Finai Judgment and
Modification of Final Judgment for nonjury trial and Count II
of said Petition having been dismissed, and the Court having
heard the testimony and-arguments of counsel as to Count I
thereof, it is
ORDEF.ED AND ADJUDGED that, by agreement of the parties
and approval by the Court, the Plaintiff shall furni~h Defendan~'s
~
attorney, LAWRF.r:CE E. LYMAN, Post Office Box 14371, 3656 First ~
Avenue.North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, with any and all
~ documents evidencing the alleged unpaid medical expenses for the
minor children of the parties to date, for examination by the
Defendant, and Defendant shall have the opportunity to respond
~ to such claims, and, in the event of disagreement, either party
may petition this Court to resolve such disagreement, and it is
further
ORDEr.ED AND ADJUDG~D that, henceforth, any and all medical ~
expenses for the said minor children shall be likewise furnished
by Plaintiff to Defendant within thirty (30) days from the date

such expenses are incurred, and the Defendant shall have an '
