FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing on the 31st day of
January, 1978, and both the Husband and Wife being present, and the
Wife being represented by counsel and the Husband having waived any
right to counsel, and the Court having heard the Stipulation by and
between the parties placed upon the record, which was affirmed by
both the Husband and Wife, and the Court having heard the testimony
of the Husband and Wife and of other witnesses and being otherwise

advised in the remises the Court finds that the marria e between

( the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a reconciliation

' cannot be made between the parties and it is upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
DOUGLAS M. BILLINGS and ELIZABETH BILLINGS, be, and tne same is here- -

by dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties, each of them, is hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing be-
tween them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of th~ parties is hereby en-
~
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing, or annoying
the other, and the Sheriffs of this State are ordered to enforce this
